What is STANDARD SHIPPING?

Standard shipping is our default shipping method—and it’s always free. Positive Sleep Solutions uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your package, selecting the option that offers the best balance of speed and cost effectiveness. All orders over $25 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $25 are charged a flat shipping fee of $6.99 .

When will my order be shipped?

Most in-stock orders placed before 3:30pm EST/EDT Monday through Friday will ship the same day via your selected shipping method. Orders placed after 3:30pm or over the weekend typically ship the next business day.

Please note: Not all items ship the following business day. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll notify you and ship it as soon as it becomes available.

Expedited shipping estimates are based on business days only. Saturday delivery is available through express shipping for an added fee. To arrange this option, please contact our office.
